Our Champion membership will offer your athlete UNLIMITED access to 6 different and unique classes!
- Champion Fitness: This one hour class will teach your athlete how to move like a champion. This class is geared for champions ages 13-18. This class will focus on teaching linear and multi-directional speed, proper running form and technique, explosiveness, change of direction, balance and proprioception, and aid in injury prevention. (Formally known as our Speed, Agility, and Quickness class and our Speed School)
- Champion Development: This one hour class will teach the future champion how to grow and develop into a quicker, faster, and stronger athlete. This class is geared toward champions ages 9-12. Just as above, this class will focus on teaching linear and multi-directional speed, proper running form and technique, explosiveness, change of direction, balance and proprioception, and aid in injury prevention. (Formally known as our Development Class and our Speed School)
- Champion Strength: This one hour class will teach the athlete how to develop champion strength that will translate onto the sports field. This class is geared towards champions ages 13-18. This class will teach the champion how too safely and correctly strength train, develop a strong core, aid in balance and proprioception, and develop power and explosiveness. The championship membership also offers open weight room from 3-5pm Monday through Friday. (formally known as STRENGTH)
- Flex: This 30 minute class is for champions ages 9-19 and is geared towards helping the athlete stay loose and reduce the risk of injuries. This class will focus on proper warm ups and cool downs, teach the proper mechanics of foam rolling and myofasical release, and basic movement patterns of yoga.
- Champion Core: This 30 minute class was developed to help the athlete develop a strong core through proper strength training movements, bodyweight movements, and focuses on how to use your core in every situation to help develop more athleticism. This class is open to champions ages 9-18.
- Jump: This class was designed for the champion where jumping is a main component of their craft. This is 45 minute class will help teach the athlete proper jumping mechanics and how to develop power and explosiveness in both vertical and horizontal directions. This class is great for goalkeepers, basketball players, and volleyball players.
Along with the classes listed above, each champion member will receive free access to all fitness seminars, a free t-shirt, and access to open weight room.
