One of the biggest issues that I've seen the past few years is that college athletes don't have a place to fulfill their summer training responsibilities. Often they are handed a off season strength and conditioning program that they are neither sure on how to execute correctly or have access to the appropriate equipment. It's also very difficult to find motivated, like-minded individuals who will push them in training and hold them accountable.
The College Prep Strength & Conditioning program is set up to fix this problem. Athletes will have access to our facility and our equipment 5 days per week and will be surrounded by other motivated individuals that are moving onto college athletics or returning home for the summer. Each day, athletes will have 1 hour for their weightlifting & conditioning and 1 hour of open field time. Strength and conditioning portions of the program will be supervised by professional coaches to assure athletes are doing movements correctly and progressing properly for performance and health.
Monday through Friday 8AM-10AM;

Now heading into it's 4th year of existence the College Prep program has been a popular option for college soccer players of all divisions. We're pleased to report that the training environment and commitment to excellence have resulted in all program participants successfully completing their pre-season conditioning tests.
