A new Superkick program starting January 2012!
The Soccer Speed and Agility program will be the foundation for the soccer player who is interested in improving his or her performance on the field. Training sessions will involve soccer specific movement patterns that mimic game like situations. Our sports performance coaches will focus on the physical demands of soccer including:proper running form and technique, changing of direction, explosiveness, foot speed, reaction time and injury prevention. With spring soccer seasons starting and spring breaks around the corner, these 1 day clinics are a great way to stay sharp through the busy month of March!
NOTE Our Soccer Speed and Agility 1 day clinics are a special circumstanace for the month of March. Normal classes will run in several week sessions!
Our sports performance coaches will focus on the physical demands of soccer including:

Changing of direction
Explosiveness
Foot speed
Reaction time
Injury prevention
Classes are run in two age groups: 8-12 year olds and 13-18 year olds
8-12 Classes offered:
- Wednesday, March 14th 7-8PM
- Tuesday, March 27th 7-8PM
13-18 Classes offered:
- Tuesday, March 13th 7-8PM
Wednesday, March 28th 7-8PM
1 hour class
12 to 1 player to coach ratio
No makeup sessions
Classes do not involve the soccer ball.
