Basic Goalkeeper
Developing proper technique for fundamental goalkeeping skills is crucial in becoming a goalkeeper. This program is designed to build a goalkeeper’s foundation and introduce proper footwork, handling and diving.
Intermediate Goalkeeper
These sessions are focused on building fundamental consistency and increasing a goalkeeper’s range. Goalkeepers are pushed to increase their speed of thought, handling ability and sharpen their decision making. In this program goalkeepers will learn new techniques as well as be expected to demonstrate fundamental skills.
Advanced Goalkeeper
This program is designed to grow skill set consistency and push experienced goalkeepers to a higher stage of development. Goalkeepers will be introduced to methodologies and tactical theories that will help them understand their role on the field. In addition, goalkeepers will be expected to understand and perform a variety of technical skills, including several handling positions, different dives and distribution.
Sr. Advanced
(By trainer recommendation only) This clinic is designed for goalkeepers who have had significant goalkeeper training in the past. Players are expected to be familiar with methodology, terminology and technical concepts. Goalkeepers are pushed to maintain composure under high pressure situations and trained to make good decisions while fatigued. Goalkeepers will need to demonstrate ability in all technical and tactical aspects of goalkeeping. This clinic is intense and moves very fast.

Distribution Clinics
Session will focus on all levels of distribution ranging from goal kicks to long throws. Proper technique will be evaluated followed by repetition in each category of distribution. Areas to be included are goalkicks, punts, half volleys, live play passing and clearing, rolling and overhand throwing. Ages 11 and up recommended.
Goalkeeper Wars
Everyone welcome! This fun filled session will put the best goalkeepers in town against each other in a bracket style tournament to find out who is the best of the best. Players will be split by age and ability with prizes and fun for everyone.
