- 1 hour training sessions offered 5 days a week to maximize your training time and results. Classes held at 6 am, 7 am, and 9 am.
- Testing in strength and endurance included to track progress and motivate you to improve your scores
- Pricing packages that suit your needs. Whether you’re looking for an everyday fitness program or something to supplement your current training schedule, there is an option for you!
Monthly Package Options
- Unlimited Package: $100 per month
- 12 Session Package: $85 per month
- 8 Session Package: $65 per month
- 4 Session Package: $40 per month
SMALL GROUP OR PRIVATE FITNESS TRAINING
- We offer 1 on 1 customized programs to meet your training goals whether you need to lose weight, tone up, or train for a marathon
- We also offer the option to create your own training group with your friends
- Sessions are 60 minutes
- All sessions are by appointment based on availability, as we will work with you to meet your schedule availability
