Welcome to the Adult Health & Fitness Program here at Superkick! We focus on creating a healthy life style and increase the confidence of our participating members through direct interaction with the trainer as well as a community relationship with your fellow members. The work outs are high intensity focusing on fat burning and muscle strengthening. This class is for the fitness enthusiast as well as anyone who wants to get into better shape. * After you attend 12 sessions in a month, attend the remaining sessions for that month at no charge! Never spend more than $96 a month for training!

I have been playing soccer since I was 6 years old. I played all 4 years at Fairview High School in Cleveland and Marietta College where I was captain my senior year on both teams. I also played one season of arena soccer with the Cleveland Freeze in the Professional Arena Soccer League. I have coached soccer every single year since 2009, working with ages 6 to 18, recreation and travel leagues all the way up to high school and club level teams. In addition to coaching and playing, I have been training soccer players 1 on 1 and in small groups since 2014. Being an ACE certified personal trainer with sports conditioning continuing education and soccer training from professional level coaches and trainers, I excel at combining technical, sport specific workouts with the appropriate physical exercises needed to supplement each player's individual needs.
Born and raised in Columbus, Kevin went on to Ohio Northern University as a student athlete playing baseball and received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. Upon completion of his degree, Kevin became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Since graduating, Kevin has worked as a Personal Trainer in multiple fitness centers and Strength and Conditioning Coach for multiple youth organizations throughout Columbus. As a Personal Trainer, he has trained a variety of individuals from youth athletes to adults looking to improve overall health. As a four-year letter winner, Kevin learned the importance of training sport specific movements to achieve top athletic performance. Kevin specializes in developing speed, quickness, and strength in his athletes and matches up needs of the athlete with sport and movement specific drills to better enhance the athlete’s ability to perform at a top level.
